Watch out for these guys! They hit me with an extra $1050 a month for an insurance fee because they claimed I didn’t have coverage. I provided proof showing I had no gaps in my insurance... but they never reached out to inform me that my certificate had expired. I had no clue my broker didn’t send the updated policy. I ended up getting charged for 4 months, which totals over $4,000. Crystal from the insurance team flat out REFUSED to help with adjusting any of those charges. I explained how this is a massive blow to my business, especially since we’re already dealing with crazy interest rates, and she told me she was the top person to talk to and wouldn’t budge on a single charge! I’m so fed up, I’m seriously considering just defaulting on the bus and letting them take it back. It’s got a Max force engine that’s basically done for anyway. They can have it!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
